It looks like a typical middle episode of a series, lacking rhythm and with a plot taken with tweezers. Bad execution, the musical part doesn't add anything to the plot, maybe some isolated ideas are not so bad, but the whole movie is bad. I hate that the main theme is again the duality of joker, the same as the previous movie, it gives the feeling that the plot does not advance.
